    Greeting to all,
Well, this will be or fourth year for our summer festival. First I want to thank our Lord for enabling our Parish to put on such a fantastic festival. As always we pray for good dry weather which we have been blessed in the past. As you might know or don't I have been trying to get the Paul Paoli band to play for us but again it is not going to happen. I make this note with sad regret. I will again be handing out Blessed FREE gifts to all who come. Last year I was able to give out over 1000 blessing from Fr. Gerard. This year I want to pass out Holy Family Parish rubber braclets that i am having custom made to order. Counting the weeks and days ahead. Thanks Again.

    Greetings all,
Well, what a great turn out for the festival kickoff. Lots, of tickets for the raffle were sold. The weather was just perfect. If we had the same temperature for the festival, I know it will be a success. Just a note don't forget to check out our church Shrine. This was an Eagle project made to perfection. Thanks again Tom. I'd like to thank you for the opportunity to be apart of your project. As we have stated in our memorial brick Jesus is Lord, With God All Things Our Possible. I truly beleive that this is the Holy Family Parish Festival Motto.

What a great day we had today honoring our armed services. I hope your barBQ was a good as mine. This morning I went to see the Freeport parade. It was awesome and in the evening I went to see The Pirates of the Caribbean at the Lowes theatre. Just to get more ideas for my "Pirates of the Caribbean" Halloween yard displays. Many thanks again to those who came last year. As you might remember we were honored with Cris Angel Mind Freaks who made a You Tube production for this year. Well, counting the days and weeks ahead to our summer festival.

    Greetings to all,
If by chance you are reading this, then this message is for you. Tomorrow the temperature will be almost 100* and this is only June. Our grand festival is in August a much more heated month. I can say for certain that we will have the nicest of weather. The Spirit has told me not to worry, for this year the Holy Family Festival will be the best in all the past four years. Our parish has come together and made the most biggest pledge to revive the existing church needs. It is God's blessing to all of us to Stand together and Say, With God All Things Our Possible. My wish is that somewhere in the new Remodeling thast this Quote be seen by all on the Parish walls. Counting the days and weeks ahead.
    Thanks from me.

  48. This festival brings this community together. People from all walks of life, all religions, and all types of families and from all over Long Island has a great experience.

If the intention here is to build and strengthen our community it surely worked. The energy was very tangible and I am sure it was something that the patrons felt and took home with them.
In the process we all got a taste of God’s love that is shared between us all.

Thank you to all the Committees and Volunteers, without their devotion this celebration may not be possible.
Thank you to all the sponsors as well and the various groups supporting the festival.
